Actress and performer Saanve Megghana took the stage for a live dance number in a white-and-silver rhinestone look. Anu did the makeup — glam built to move.

The Brief

A stage dance is the hardest brief a glam look can get: it has to sparkle under moving spotlights, read from the back rows and the big screens, and survive an entire high-energy number without a single touch-up. Saanve's costume was a white pantsuit over a mirror-mesh bodysuit — all silver and shine — so the makeup had to match that voltage without tipping into costume.

The Look

Luminous, sculpted skin with a cool silver-toned eye to answer the costume, a bold defined lip, and lashes weighted for distance. Everything was set hard: a long-wear base and waterproof formulas chosen so sweat, movement and hot stage lights could not touch it across the whole performance.

Behind the Scenes

The look was set backstage and then stress-tested the only way that counts for a dancer — through the performance itself. Stage makeup passes or fails in motion, under lights that change colour every few counts, and this one held from the first beat to the last.
